Sponsorship of Downtown Recycling in Hemming Park

In January of 2016, Johnson and Lufrano, P.A. developed and sponsored the first initiative to bring recycling to downtown Jacksonville by teaming up with the Friends of Hemming Park. The firm’s sponsorship ensures that, for the entire year, can and bottle recycling will be available within the park. Our hope is that this initiative may spark other businesses and complexes to offer recycling services downtown.

Sponsor for Annual JALA Staff Fun Day

Johnson and Lufrano, P.A. is a proud supporter of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA). For those of you who don’t know about JALA, it is a phenomenal legal organization that provides low income and special needs individuals with legal representation on various civil issues. As such, our firm was proud to sponsor the 2015 and 2016 Annual JALA Staff Fun Day, where the underpaid and over worked attorneys of JALA were treated to a free day of fun at the local baseball grounds or the zoo.

Bowl for Kids Sake Fundraiser for BB&BSNEFL

Here at Johnson and Lufrano, P.A., we understand that the children of Northeast Florida are our future and one way to guarantee that this future is bright is to team up with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northeast Florida. BBBSNEFL is an organization that pairs kids up with positive mentors and role models who can have an incalculable positive impact on these children. That’s why Johnson and Lufrano, P.A. has joined the Bowl for Kid’s Sake program, an initiative designed to assist Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northeast Florida ensure that they have the funding needed to run their programs.

The world isn’t always a friendly place, but at Johnson and Lufrano, P.A., our attorneys are committed to helping turn Northeast Florida into a more accepting and understanding environment for everyone, regardless of a person’s age, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. That’s why our firm proudly supports JASMYN and their annual Strides for Pride run, a 5K fun run specifically aimed at supporting young LGBT members in the community.

Charity Chili Cook-Off

Every year the attorneys at Johnson and Lufrano, P.A. take one Saturday away from the office and spend it cooking up a massive amount of gourmet chili as part of the Annual Young Lawyers Charity Chili Cook-Off; an event designed to raise money for a unique charity every year which also gives the residents of the community a chance to crown a Jacksonville chili legend.
