Executive Team
Kent Leicester and Chris Wood
lead the executive team, bringing decades of property and finance sector experience to the company.
Kent is a founding Director of Radium, bringing more than 10 years’ experience in property development, sales and financial management. With a background in financial services and extensive experience of property investment and development strategies, Kent is responsible for project acquisitions, financial structuring, investment management and sales & marketing for Radium.
Chris is also a founding Director of Radium with a background of more than 30 years’ operating and managing successful businesses.
His extensive business knowledge and executive experience provides Radium’s integrity and focus. Chris brings an intimate knowledge of the building practice, shaped from his family’s construction business, allowing him to match financial structures with the coal-faced realities of construction budgets and deadlines.
